dB Batch

Batch rename, checksums and metadata inspection for delivery drops.

dB Batch renames a folder of takes or masters to label spec: UPC prefix, per-track ISRC, tag-driven templates and delivery-spec presets (FUGA, P&E Wing). Every drop gets an MD5 or SHA-256 manifest you can verify, auto-regenerated when a master is replaced, and a read-only inspector shows every embedded tag. Two-phase renames roll back cleanly on error. Local only, no cloud, no analytics.

Why it exists

Delivery-spec renaming.

UPC/ISRC templates, tag tokens and presets for FUGA and P&E Wing strict naming.

Verify every drop.

MD5 or SHA-256 manifests in md5sum -c format, regenerated automatically when a master is replaced.

Inspect the metadata.

A read-only inspector shows every embedded tag: ISRC, BWF bext, loudness, for delivery QC.

Safe by default.

Two-phase renames with full rollback, and an optional folder watch that regenerates manifests when a master changes.
